Syllabic Nasal (M and N) - Myiriụdaume

In the Igbo alphabet, the pseudo-vowels are M and N. They are also called 'syllabic nasal'. The Igbo term for them is myiriụdame, which translates to 'vowel-like'. These two letters are consonants, but they can also act as vowels in some instances. An easy way of identifying the different uses is by applying the Igbo spelling rule.
